We had a wedding in the area

The location of this property is beautiful and so convenient . It is an old house which has some charm. The property needs some up grades with furniture. Cushions in couches and chairs have very little cushion to them. Outside furniture needs to be cared for as well . If the owners put a little TLC in this home It would be a 5 star. It also needs a deep clean.Windows are very dirty. The carpets have lots of stains that a cleaning would be very helpful.

Almost Perfect

Let me start out by saying the house, yard and surroundings are fantastic. One of the best homes we have stayed at in Temecula. The rooms are big and comfy and well appointed. (The master bath is almost too big if that's a thing ;) ). The pool table is first rate and tons of fun for our holiday group. The bonus shuffleboard game in the garage brought a whole new level of competitiveness in the group. The only disappointment was in the kitchen supplies. We stayed over Thanksgiving and setup for a buffet style meal with turkey and ALL the trimmings (the counter outside the dining room was PERFECT for setting that up). But the lack of larger serving spoons, the mismatched utensils and the 3 blocks of dull knives cheapened the experience for us. The pots and pans (only 3 of them) seemed to have come straight from the second hand store (third hand?) and were not pleasant to warm up the sauces, soups and side dishes. The ice maker was not working and required us to break up a chunk of frozen ice in order to get the cycle going. However, we still had to go out and buy bags of ice to mix up the night's drinks until the ice maker started producing. I know it seems like a nit, but when you find a house in this class and category, the expectations for a higher level of furnishings in the kitchen cannot be helped.

This property is incredible for spending time with your family or friends! Beautiful house, gorgeous grounds, with an incredible backyard retreat! Our group raved about loving the experience and we all left well rested and wishing we would have booked a longer stay! We will definitely return!

Winter Retreat at the Beautiful Wine House

The house was even larger than expected, my group of 20 had so much space to explore and enjoy the beautiful area. Rooms and bathrooms were nicely furnished with enough extra pillows and blankets for everyone. The views were beautiful and just sad we couldn't all use the pool due to the rain but would make a lovely summer retreat.

Incredible views. Wonderful time!

Hot air balloons in the morning. Pool time during the day. Sunsets in the evening. Conversations around the fire pit at night. What a wonderful time for our large family gathering. Exceptional responses from Lumta, our host. Though there is a bit of deferred maintenance, we were very comfortable in the large house and enjoyed it and our time there.

Best vacation rental

This property is a 10/10!! Everything is stocked from blankets to towels soap dishes seasoning everything you need is in this estate. usually when I go to vacation rental I have to clean first not this place. I have to say this was by far the best vacation rental I’ve ever been to completely satisfied the host was amazing anything you need she answer you right away. Not to mention everything is perfect from the bed to the pool to the wine cellar the kitchen everything it would definitely be glad to stay there. Thank you Lumta your awesome

Nice home. Great stay

This place looks better in person than in the photos. Huge property with beautiful grounds and a lovely pool. Barbecue area, pool table and nice bedrooms. Note that one bedroom must be accessed by going through another bedroom so that was a little inconvenient, especially since there was no door to the restroom in that suite. Overall a lovely home. Did have issues with the heating controls and the owner turned them on remotely. Home was probably built in 2000 so you can see some wear and tear. Lovely stay though. Owner was very responsive.

Pool had black algae we could not swim, no coat hangers 3 rooms had no hanging space for clothes.

Great location, however house had a lot of light bulbs not working inside and out, no coat hangers, the pool had algae and the bedding really needs to be changed.

Excellent Place

The house was huge and location was great - right in the middle of wine country. We woke up to majestic hot air balloons rising around the house every day. The layout was fantastic, there was enough space for 14 of us and plenty more. The house is a little dated and can use a bit of a refresh and minor maintenance, beds are not very comfortable. Overall was a great place to stay. I would recommend leaving a manual for some of the electronics and appliances.

Perfect venue for our family and friends.

Home provided everything we needed to host our family/friends that were in town for our daughter's wedding. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner poolside and enjoy the pool the day after the wedding. The home was super comfortable and we had endless compliments from our guests. Host comminicated well and was there to make sure our trip was going as planned. We appreciated their hospitality.

Fabulous Family Weekend

This house (villa) was by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The backyard was a private resort and if you get up early enough (6:00 am) you will be treated to a beautiful hot air balloon display.

Family Trip

The house layout was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is fantastic. We enjoyed the infinity edge pool and firepit. We watched hot air balloons rise every day with our morning coffee. Lumta was very responsive to our inquiries. The house and back yard do require some maintenance. Some of the lounge chairs are broken and are a safety hazard to guests.

Wine Country Oasis

The house is great, but the infinity pool and surrounding outdoor area were the highlight for our group of twelve adults. We spent most of our stay in the pool during the day and around the firepit in the evenings. The host was kind and responsive. I would stay at this property again.

Beautiful Property & Excellent Communication

Wow! This house is amazing. 12 ladies stayed here for a trip and no one was on top of each other. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons every morning with our coffee. The place was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Lumta was really communicative, however we would have messaged her a lot less if there was a manual to reference. The pool is not heated, but it was perfect for us. The hot tub also holds a lot of people. For winery day, Lumta suggested Peter Keks could be our designated driver. He is a local firefighter and a friend of the family. We rented a 15 passenger van from enterprise and he drove up us all day. It was perfect. We also used a local private chef one evening, Jillian Fae, amazing food! We did have to rent a round table to hold us all. There is enough seating for meals at the house, but not all at one table for a private dinner. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lumta for your our hospitality.

Amazing property

The home is Hollywood fabulous with space for everyone. The landscape and scenery are majestic and the view is breathtaking especially with the sunset each morning. The home is welcoming and has lots of amenities. There is something for everyone from quiet rooms, game room, television, pool, jacuzzi, outside cooking and more! At night the pool area has an amazing fire pit with colored crystals. A glass of wine or your favorite beverage and it’s paradise. We enjoyed our stay and had great fun at the home and when away. It is in close proximity to many of the wineries, shopping and restaurants. Universal and Disney are a nice drive away. Because I am a real estate broker, I am giving an opinion on upkeep! The owner is in need of several repairs. The master shower drips (very annoying) and the drain needs unclogging. Two of the bathrooms need the shower heads replaced otherwise you get only a trickle. The toilet by the kitchen makes a screaming sound when used. Three of the bedrooms have the closets locked - you have to live out of your suitcase. The chairs in the kitchen area are in dire need of refills. Otherwise, you fall into them. Many of the light fixtures have bulbs missing! Several of the outside umbrellas need replacing. Naturally, these are inconveniences that you can live with temporarily but at these prices why should you have to!

Beautiful property, huge house, some small details ignored.

This is a gorgeous property and home, and the price was reasonable for what you get in my opinion. It IS clearly strictly a rental house, and no one is living there to find and maintain the small invisible things that a cleaning crew wouldn't stumble upon. Many of the drawers come off their tracks when you open them. The master sink stopper is broken and clogged. One of the guest showers is coated in lime and barely works at a trickle. Etc. That said, the house IS super clean, and spacious, and the wifi works great, as do the TVs and stereo system. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained, the fire pit was wonderful. All of the BIG things are perfect here... but a property manager needs to do a detailed walk through and fix all the SMALL things that are wrong. None of them ruined our trip, and everyone had a great time... just small details that seem out of place on such a luxurious property.

Amazing Views

This is an enormous home with amazing views and a large yard; it provides a lot of space to gather. The kitchen lacked a few necessities, and neither the coffee grinder nor Keurig would work. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful.

Great time with family

Our family had a great time at this wonderful and amazing place. Lumta is an awesome host and very accommodating! She even dropped off a new espresso machine for us to use and it was perfect for the cold and rainy weather. Thank you Lumta for having us, very much appreciated!
