The house boat was a great family experience. The Volendam Marina area is fantastic for scenery, restaurants, and it's close proximity to Amsterdam. We took a 30 minute bus ride into Amsterdam for a day excursion. The bus service is convenient and easy to use for tourists.(just remember to swipe on and off)

Nice houseboat

The houseboat is located in the marina at Volendam, which is beautiful. And walking distance to restaurants, market and even Edam. My stay would’ve been perfect except the host never replied to any messages I sent. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars

Schönes Hausboot in ruhiger Lage. Das Boot hat alles was man benötigt und die Marina in der es sich befindet ist schnuckelig und gut für Spaziergänge geeignet. Wir haben das Boot im Winter gemietet um zu entspannen und dafür war es zu dieser Jahreszeit perfekt.

Leuke plaats op het water, woonboot heeft mooie ligging, goed ingericht voor 4 personen. douchescherm blijft niet hangen, en opgang van de boot niet geschikt voor 70+(loopplank naar de deur en een extra leuning was wel prettig geweest), maar wel leuk wakker worden met al de vogeltjes op het water om je heen. wij hebben in elk geval genoten

Das Hausboot hat uns mega gefallen. Einrichtung top,Lage top, Aussicht top. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Für 5 Personen wird es eng,da es keine Kleiderschränke gibt. Noch ein Tip: wenn neue Betten angeschafft werden würde ich auf Boxspring umsteigen. Auf Dauer sind die Matrazen zu dünn. Uns hat es trotzdem so gut gefallen, das wir für nächstes Jahr direkt wieder gebucht haben.

Ons verblijf op het huisboot was behoorlijk aangenaam, Het was schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, De locatie is geweldig, met het Volendam Museum en verschillende eetgelegenheden op loopafstand, Het gedeelde zwembad was een leuke toevoeging, vooral voor de kinderen, Hoewel het overdag een beetje luidruchtig was met boten die kwamen en gingen, werd het 's nachts rustig, Al met al een solide keuze voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een leuke en andere vakantiebestemming

Empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schöner Ort in einer interessanten Unterkunft (Hausboot) mit toller Lage und guter Infrastruktur für Urlaubsunternehmungen (Fahrradverleih, gute Anbindung nach Amsterdam, schöne Gegend für Erkundungen z.B. Edam, Windmühlen etc.) Jederzeit gerne wieder. Ausstattung Hausboot war super und völlig ausreichend.
