“Was very comfortable. Nice area. Would recommend for someone that wants to relax. Only drawback is owner lives upstairs, so you do hear walking around and a little noise from upstairs. But overall it is worth it for a nice stay.”

“Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!”

“We were in the area for a visit to local college, and we splurged on an overnight. So glad we did! Spotlessly clean, beautifully restored historical property right in the heart of a neighborhood and in walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds, art supplies, games, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our daughter didn’t choose the college, but we will be back just to stay here again! Thank you for a truly special property.”

“We had a big group with all different ages. Everybody enjoyed their stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully decorated. The pool table, poker table and Pac-Man kept us all entertained during out time there. Hosts were friendly and responsive.”

“Beautiful Victorian house walking distance to downtown Mystic. We had a blast on our trip! Lots of bedrooms to sleep 7 adults and an infant comfortably. House had everything we needed. The deck in the back looks over the garden that was very well kept. We spent evenings out on the deck. Kerri was outstanding! Communication instantly. Left a bottle of champagne in the fridge on arrival. It was my mother in laws 60th birthday and Kerri went out of her way and provided high end chocolates for……

“Everything about pur stay was perfect from the welcome basket with snacks water and wine, to the availability of everything we could possibly need. All linens were provided, theres a wonderful upper and lower deck area with an umbrella table to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We did a 1000 piece puzzle while there as well. We had 6 people and everybody was able to sleep comfortably and peacefully both upstairs and downstairs even on the couches. 13/10 woukd rent again”

“This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️”

“We chose this spectacular property for our wedding that only included seven members of our family for it's charm and access to downtown Mystic. Lynn and Skip could not have been nicer or more helpful in their hospitality and recommendations. The kitchen was both beautiful and functional, the dining area fit us perfectly, and the expansive patio was an amazing spot for our ceremony and relaxing by the firepit on the following night surrounded by flowers and a bubbling fountain. We hope to return……
