The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「Awesome beachside resort! Right from check-in to check-out, the experience was second to none, and so much better than we anticipated.
