"I was arrived the hotel earlier around 11:00am and surprised that the staff was able to let me have an early check in, so grateful about that. Also the room was clean and the bed is comfortable, location is also good and easy to access all the attractions "

"Good location, grocery stores, restaurants , bus stop nearby. Carpark is first come first served. Room is tiny, no table nor chair in the room. Overall is clean and comfortable. "

"The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was 140 pounds. The fine is 170 pounds, and with Eurocar admin charge 45 pounds. After repeated chasing with Eurocar & Hotels.com they still refuse to waive the amount. Want to get ripped off, this is a good place to start."
