The fresh renovated house is a perfect ‚home‘ for exploring the island. There everything one needs on a vacation and the beach is only a couple of minutes away.

The property is nice and modern. Had everything we needed as a family. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. Only downside is the neighborhood because of homeless shelters near the beach across the street. But overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our family vacation on the island.

Home Away From Home

Overall we were impressed with our stay. The neighborhood beach was not accessible at all due to a large homeless encampment, however many other nice beaches were within a 10 minute drive. The location wasn’t too far away from main highway junctions, shopping, or beaches either.

If you’re traveling to Hawaii, and need a place to stay for you and a big group -this is the place for you. We had 14 adults at this location, and it worked out perfectly for everybody. The rooms are spacious and clean. Every room had AC which was really good because we were in Hawaii during 80° weather. That upstairs kitchen was wonderful for family style gatherings. The backyard was huge and at night we got to enjoy a clear view of the stars. Our host was very responsive to us. I really give this place attended of a 10/10.

Great place great price

What a great place to stay for a large group! Was a perfect space for the private rooms downstairs and the ones upstairs! It fit my entire group so well, plenty of space! Super clean, easy to get around nearby places and had so much to adventure around there. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was absolutely amazing. Thing. My family and I loved it, I would most definitely recommend this place. Next time I visit Hawaii I will be choosing to stay here again! Stores were extremely close by! Over all was a great place to stay in had everything we need and a lot of space !

It's beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay. it's not too far from all attractions if you have car. For our requirements this place was perfect. Could see Ocean right from the balcony. Bed mattresses were very comfortable. It's very quiet place. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place! Short drive to great beaches

The house was great! The neighborhood was quiet aside from a couple dogs in the distance! I would say you have to drive 5 to 10 minutes for beaches because the beach next to the house is used by locals for fishing/camping and we didn't want to disturb since we are just visitors. Overall great place!

Excellent Stay!

We had a great stay! The property was very nice, well maintained, very clean, easy to get to and driveway parking. The property manager was easy to connect with for questions. The location was a little further from Honolulu, so a rental car was a must. But for touring the island, we had a rental car anyways. Food, groceries and gas station very close by. We could hear and see the beach from the balcony. Price for 9 people was very reasonable. Great experience!!

Nice home . New and clean .

Overall home was nice . Néw construction. . Beds were comfortable. House was right in the middle of very questionable neighborhood however . Lots of trash/ abandoned cars on properties next door. We didn’t have any problems but were greeted by a sign warning us not to talk to anyone that approached us as they may be casing the place. Definitely wouldn’t have felt safe walking down the road alone. This property is more affordable than others so as long as you’re ok with neighborhood it’s a good value …

My stay at Bria's place was wonderful. It was clean and modern, equipped with everything that my large family needed, Not to mention only a ten-minute walk to the beach, a 15-minute drive to Ko onlina Lagoons, with no traffic it’s 30-minute from the airport. Everything looks exactly like in the photos. If you're not looking to stay in a resort/hotel for $$$, this is a great bang for your buck. Although the house was a bit further away from Waikiki. We knew this coming in. The most importantly amenity was that every room in the house has air condition , which was essential for my 70 year old mother. In addition, Bria’s answered questions promptly and the processes of checking in and checking out were simple. 10/10 I would come back to this place!

Newly built house in questinable neighborhood

As other guest mentioned, this house is in the questionable neighborhood. The beach nearby is occupied with homeless and we feel very dangerous. Don't recommend to walk around the house. The interior was really nice and housing is very clean and new. We had everything we need from condiments to any appliance. Plus side is that you can see the ocean from the balcony. However, we had trouble with the host. When we checked in, host gave us the code for upstairs unit and downstairs code. We believe we dindn't break
