“So glad I booked this place! It felt home away from home for this solo traveler. You had the privacy of your own studio but could go into the home and feel welcomed. Breakfast was such a fun experience with the food and other guests. Fresh coffee, fresh orange juice and freshly cut up fruit were my favorite! Beds were comfortable, slept good. “The motel is very shabby. The room is a bit dim and smelly. I could not say I received a warm service although I got the answers of all my questions from the reception. There is no kitchen utensils so I could do nothing with it. Laundry service is a bit expensive. The most expensive one that I have ever had in NZ. The corridor was noisy. People talking over the mobile phone until midnight! There was no hair-dryer in the room so I had to borrow one from the reception. However, I was told all……

“It's the year of 2024, I paid more than $300 and there's NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the room. The manager guy stated that they didn't list "air-conditioned" in room description on the booking page, so it's a fair play, and i should check the room description more carefully. Well, "electricity" is also not listed, and there's electricity, I'm so grateful.”

“Not well clean and tidy up the room as the glass still have stinks…….tea cup with some crystal stuff inside……. Bed is good and sleep well. Staff is cool and not showing up all the time. My fee is including Breakfast which is not the buffet one and you can choose one set in the menu. Location and car park is good. ”
