"The ocean was visible from partial ocean view rooms. However, When we booked for a city room, the bath tub has black stains at the bottom. The staff was annoyed when I told her that we booked two rooms instead of one, after she gave us only one room key card. Apparently she blamed us that we didn’t tell her or confirm with her. The other staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Wonderful view of the ocean and a great place to stay with it being in the perfect walking distance to everything you need. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely be back for a third time later this year!"

"Absolutely perfect all around. So convenient to everything. Although valet was expensive at $60 a night it was definitely worth it. All of the staff here is so accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be staying here for our next trip to Hawai’i. "

"Stayed at the Hilton with an ocean view and it was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, spacious, and the balcony view of the ocean was breathtaking—especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, making the whole stay smooth and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to the beach and great restaurants. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning made the experience even more special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the ocean view rooms!"

"I regret not getting ocean view. They put me on the 3rd floor and the view was a big tree in the way to at least view a bit of the ocean. Oh well, it’s not the trees fault lol. The hotel is clean and the pool is excellent. The bathroom in my room was a bit small. The bathrooms do not have ventilation so that’s not good. The public restroom near the lobby needs attention. I went there twice on different days and there wasn’t toilet seat covers. Boooo!! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we already miss Hawaii!! Thank you for our stay. "

"We had an ocean view room and it was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The building is a little old and the elevator situation can be a mess sometimes but the staff, the breakfast upstairs, the views, the tiki bar downstairs, and all the extras we get for staying at this hotel, make up for it. I will definitely be back. "
