The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy. “Very clean property with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. Minimal decor, not a lot of Knick Knacks around. Feels like your own space not like you are staying at someone’s home. My Down syndrome son especially liked the small pool and hot tub right outside his room. We were happy to see chairs and toys in the garage for a day at the beach. The property managers were easily available when we needed them. We had a wonderful stay.”

“This property is spectacular! My wife, two college-aged daughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has an incredible, unobstructed view of the ocean, so close that one goes to sleep with the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach that is a 30-second walk from the building. It offers all the amenities of the excellent hotel next to which it sits: pools, restaurants, spacious and well equipped fitness center, etc. The unit appears new and is well maintained. It’s an amazing setting with sliding doors that open all the way so you feel like you are sitting outside. The beautiful unit and location are unbeatable. “Second time staying since this condo has everything to play at the beach (we missed this when staying at a hotel). It's perfectly situated to enjoy watching golf from your large lanai, or playing golf, tennis, or pickleball down the street (we play all 3), then cooling off in the pool! We appreciate that the kitchen is stocked really well and the BBQ was easy to access. Front door is only one step and parking right out front usually. Oh forgot to mention the breath-taking view from lanai with……

“The Wai-ula-ula condos are an excellent choice on the Big Island. Everything was fine except the twin beds in the third bedrooom are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced and the dryer needed to be unplugged and plugged a few times to get it to work. Other than that, everything else was very good.”
