"The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. There was a continental style breakfast to help yourself to in the dining room which also had a tv. I enjoyed watching the planes coming into land at the airport. These...

"Excellent staff, great food and reasonable prices.
Good on site parking, lovely seating areas both inside and out and lots of entertainment. Busy venue with a nice friendly atmosphere. We came with friends and would all recommend the hotel and will stay again. "

"A lovely hotel and lots to like.
However although the staff were helpful some could have shown a little more of a friendly attitude and a smile goes a long way"
"I was disappointed with my stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Liverpool. The standard room was very compact, with very little space for luggage and only open shelving rather than proper storage.
The bathroom layout was also a major issue. The sink is inside the main bedroom area, the shower cubicle is also within the room, and the toilet is in a very small separate cupboard. This open-plan bathroom setup was not made clear enough on Expedia, so it came as quite a shock on arrival.
I would not recommend this hotel if you value comfort, luxury, or privacy when using the bathroom, especially if you are sharing the room with someone else. For the price, I expected a much better room layout and overall experience.
Unfortunately, I found the hotel very expensive for what it provides, and I would not choose to stay here again.
And take your own pillows!!! Thye are awful !!"
"Good location and parking. Room dated, carpet few stains. No air conditioning, no iron, but asked reception and received in 10 mins. Bed base dated. Good balcony although could do with a bit of a clean also"
"Staff are great but slow check in. Really hot in Chester right now and the hotel has no actual AC in the building but thankfully the room AC was good if overly complicated. Room size is good, bathroom adequate. One tiny lift for the whole hotel with most people lugging heavy cases up the stairs in frustration at the lift situation. The whole place is a bit worn and it’s at the opposite end of town where you want to be. Parking is nearby but not sign posted at all . I parked in some weird QR code lot at first thinking is was the one that serves the hotel ( which is a public lot) . I wouldn’t stay here again."
