“We arrived around 10:00 pm with our 3yr old granddaughter and unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property due to them doing renovations on our floor. There was a strong smell of mold in the halls and room. They allowed us to cancel our reservation however we did not receive an immediate refund which would have put us in a real bind if we did not have the means to pay for another room somewhere else.
