“Very clean hotel. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great bar & coffee bar downstairs. Easy walk to Beale Street. Helpful hints: car valet drop off is around the corner on Dr. MLK Junior Ave (kind of hard to find) and the hotel kept the original building's machine shop exterior, but it's all part of the hotel (you're in the right place). ”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“Always love staying here. Staff is awesome and friendly. Beds are really comfortable. Shower/bath could use a tub upgrade , and pipes creak at night. But pluses far outweigh the minuses. Secure night time parking and security presence. This is one less choice we have to make traveling to Memphis and look forward to out next stay.”

“I would stay here 100 times, we have not one complaint. It is walkable to everything. The hotel beds blew me away they were so very comfortable along with the pillows. It was like sleeping on clouds. Great hotel ”
