「we had a wonderful time at the carriage house! it was quiet and very family friendly. there are 4 different parks in the neighborhood which i appreciate with my kids being 5 & 3. there were a lot of other kids out riding bikes, throwing a football in the street etc. being able to ride the tram to the beach was soooo nice. the pool area was gorgeous and has a pool that’s no deeper than 3ft which makes it very kid friendly. there were so many good restaurants as well and live music in several...

「Location was great. Place was very clean. Only two minor issues. We had trouble entering the main gate to get in. For future visitors… turn the handle and push in!!!!
