「The staff were very obliging and helpful, always smiling and approchable. Pleasant lovely to my two bichons always took time to fuss them. A large green to walk my dogs. The premises were clean and tidy. Parking was excellent 👌. Breakfast was lovely and tasty, and plenty of it, a good selection. First time I've used Purdy Lodge, but will certainly use it again. 「Couldn’t recommend The Tenpus at Charlton Hall more! We stayed in one of the lakeside lodges and had such a lovely relaxing time. We had planned to eat at the Lobster Pot in Bamburgh but lucky for us they were a chef down and couldn’t accommodate us so we ate in the Tempus restaurant which was outstanding. I didn’t catch our servers name but he was so friendly and made us very welcome. Food was delicious. Can’t wait to book again… absolutely loved everything about our visit.」

「Did not appreciate a separate bathroom from our bedroom. We booked 12 months in advance and I am sure that I would not have booked if I had noticed that. Our room was situated at the top of the stairs which meant other guests walking past possibly as you were heading to have or return from a shower.
