"Asked for a cab for 3:30 am they called us at 2:45 to say our cab was waiting. Was not ready of course. Then rush down there and no cab had to wait another 15-20 mins. They tried to say I asked for 3am. I did not. "

"Place wasn’t bad, definitely not what I was expecting. The lobby is also the liquor store and the locking mechanism on the room door was kinda sketchy - it was a push button lock and a slider chain. The staff were nice and the place was relatively clean, bedsheets were clean, fridge and microwave the same. Only thing is there was random fingerprints and smears on the walls. Bought some Lysol wipes just in case. "

"The stay was a joke. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Spent $200+ to get a terrible little kitchenette we could barely cook in. Brought our own pans thank God. The fridge was turned completely off, but the light still turned on, so we didn't notice until the next day and our food was bad. The tiny bit of refreshments they offer is done by 9am, but they just want you to go across the street to Tim's to eat breakfast, so they don't have to spend money on a decent breakfast for their guests. Don't waste your money on this overpriced place. They don't care about your stay if your stay was booked through a third-party service. Everyone was complaining when I was checking out. They do nothing. The front desk staff are probably so used to it that they are just numb to it all. "
