“The house was a great location to restaurants, shops, and breweries. We only had to take a very short walk each day for dinner and breakfast with several options to choose from. The owners were extremely helpful with a few questions we had and were very accommodating. Our dog loved the large back yard. The home is very cute and comfortable. I will absolutely stay at this location when I return to visit family.”

“Beautiful property and very clean. It was perfect for 2 families with children. Pat and the property manager, Kristina, were so kind and gracious. A very unexpected 1st snow of the season happened the weekend we were there and Kristina was there within an hour after I called to ensure the drive was clear for us to get out safely. Pat called, as well, to check in and make sure that we were safe and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Wow! This place has all the cozy comforts of home wrapped in a luxurious package. Thoughtful touches greeted us at every turn… Keyless check-in was simple, pillows and throws were scattered throughout; a wood-burning fireplace was ready with supplies; the kitchen was well-stocked; an upstairs closet was filled with games, books, and toys; the beds and bedding were super comfortable; there was a large hot tub on the deck; tv’s were in multiple locations; even some outdoor gear was provided! “We loved the house. There was room for everyone to have their own space, and the kids really enjoyed the video game in the garage, as well as the lofts in the bedrooms. The house is well stocked, with thoughtful amenities, and the location is beautiful. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short because the electricity was cut by the power company, out of caution for the high winds and fire danger.”

We especially enjoyed it as a family with young children, there were many nice touches that made it family friendly including nightlights, a stool in one bathroom for kids to reach the sink, and a playroom with an arcade game downstairs! The house is very quiet and nicely tucked away on the mountain, but also extremely close to town. Just about everything you need is……

“We enjoyed our wonderful stay here, 7 of us, and the proximity to Eldora Ski Resort. And then we visited Estes Park on the way back easbound. Loved the hot tub (I've owned hot tubs for years; we appreciated that the owner spent the $$ to upgrade his jacuzzi to salt water) ... it was perfect after all day skiing at Eldora. We will return next year!”
