「It was understaffed. Only 1 person at registration counter, only 1 at snack bar, only 1 at casino drink counter, resulting in serious delays. Dining options were limited. Gaming options were limited. But the view of the river was very good from outside and from our 5th floor room.」

「The room smelled of mold and there was visible mold on the air conditioning unit. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, the shower floor had brown stains, and there was a soft spot in the floor in between the beds. We were very disappointed considering we paid $170 for one night.」

「I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The clerk that afternoon was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean and had what I needed to feel safe and comfortable. I would stay there again when I pass through that city.」

「Wonderfully historic property in downtown Vicksburg! The check-in was a bit confusing, but the room was fascinating, as was the entire property. Kudos to the owners for preserving it.」

「Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc」
