“Great location, and very clean. Exceeded our expectations!”

“Nice property for a college visit - great space, cozy and friendly.”

“If you want Dickson Street location, this is it. Park the car in an assigned covered space and walk to all your favorite places.”

“The room was very clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable. It was a nice little apartment and just big enough for my husband and I. We like it because is was in a residential and commercial neighborhood!”

“The property is lovely, the location is perfect. The host seems to be a management company that did not give us all the info to enter the property. We were in the garage for 30 mins waiting for a reply. The info they gave us was the wrong apartment number and a code to the box was not provided. Very frustrating experience, and the host reply were I was confused. That really angered me, because someone didn't do their job well. And once we got in the property I get an email with all the……

“We very much enjoyed our time in this comfortable accommodation. The space was light, and clean. We were visiting family in town and there was space for one to sleepover in the 2nd bedroom and also sufficient space for the 5 of them to visit for living room conversation. We were able to prepare a few meals in the nice kitchen; meals were comfortable for the 3 of us at the table (for 4). Having a TV in both bedrooms and LR was nice for kids. Also great to have 2 bathrooms, one with a tub. We made……

“Everything was great! Host left us with clear instructions and a very clean space with lots of sleeping areas. Super close to Dickson St. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great place, and better location. Next to the Biking Trail, Wal-mart neighborhood market and tons of restaurants. It was perfect. Only small thing to note, there were no spices in cabinets other that salt and pepper but hey us Louisiana folks bring our own seasonings everywhere we go so no big deal.”

“We enjoyed our stay as we moved our daughter into her dorm. Thanks for having us!”

“What a great experience! The condo was as described, clean, convenient, full of amenities that made our stay a home away from home. Would recommend to other travelers that are looking for a comfortable, safe, clean location close to the university and the bustling town center.”

“This place is in a very convenient location if you're in town for a game. It's clean, modern and feels very welcoming when you walk in. The shower and bathroom experience is very elevated for the space. There are only two negatives that are easily overlooked for everything else you get while staying.1. The door keypad is a little tricky the first time opening and locking. 2. The only additional seating are two very small barstools. A small modern lounge chair or something along those lines……

“Amazing stay!”

“Great location. Beautiful property”

“Very clean and very quiet. Will definitely be staying here again in future trips to NW Arkansas!”

“This lower level of a 2 apartment home was easy to enter, clean, neat and well appointed. The location was perfectly situated right at Wilson Park plus U of A and the Fayetteville Square, Farmer's Market, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. If you drive, there are plenty of ParkMobile spots. We give it our highest recommendation!”

“Location worked for me”

“Very spacious, super cute house. Accommodating & clean. It’s just like walking into grandmas house. Updated with a dash of the nostalgia, gives that warm & cozy home feeling. Very Close to Dickson street. Weston was a great host & quick with responses”

“Great place, just far enough away from campus on those busy game days! Both Uber and Lyft do travel to the property - I would recommend scheduling your pickup time ahead of time (next day) so you’re guaranteed a ride. Room was extremely clean, and the bed was amazing! If you just need a place to lay your head and get ready - I would recommend!”
