“Owner was approachable and very informative of the area, the home and the city. Breakfast was phenomenal, our room was awesome. The owner provided us a tour of the historical home, it's transition in history and ongoing restoration.”

“Wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Bed was sooo comfortable and it was a lovely place to stay and so close to Zion entrance. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the porch.
In addition the breakfast at Oscar’s was one of the best I ever had. ”

“The property was lovely, comfortable and nicely decorated. Heather was very helpful in choosing hikes and recommending other locations to visit and places to eat. Nice breakfast! I would certainly stay here again.”

“The host, Heather, was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. She made recommendations on hikes and dining opportunities. The location was wonderful for easy access to the park and town of Springdale. If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient location this is the place to stay. ”
