「Beautiful house right on the beach in quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms with lots of windows with spectacular views. Great kitchen, fully stocked with everything we needed, including lobster pots. 「The house is a Ranch with numerous doors and windows allowing access to the outdoors from every point. An enclosed, screened in sun room on the main level & a spacious lower-level deck allow for great views, catching some rays and an evening cocktail. There is also an electric winch for launching & retrieving kayaks and canoes.For anyone who is mobility impaired, the house is easily accessed by an outside ramp. The main floor bedroom & handicap shower provide great space & is directly accessible...
