Great for our family get-together, close to shops for our area coffee tour, visiting DC, and big enough for our family pasta-making class in home. It was also super clean and was stocked with amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, etc. in all the bathrooms, everything anyone might need in the kitchen).

The property is modern and has all new appliance updated bathrooms and very comfy Beds. It is great for family/group gathering with a open floor plan. The owners have planned it well to accommodate large group and yes you can walk to nearby restaurants / bars, grocery and shops. Would definitely consider it for future stays.

Fantastic property with plenty of space

I had the difficult task of organizing a stay for a large group of friends- finding big enough properties was a challenge and this place delivered! House was clean, welcoming and everyone was comfortable. Adam and Roberto were responsive, easy going and very clear with directions. They had a basket of goodies as welcome and were fantastic hosts! Property is spacious, walking distance to the metro and to restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was safe, walkable and quiet. We stayed 2 nights and ended up having a blast thanks to this being our “base of operations”. I felt very lucky to have found this option! Thanks again!
