“Six guys attended a bb tourney in downtown Pittsburgh. We could both walk and drive to our games. Lots of very nice common room and privacy for sleeping. Host Ellie was wonderful! Highly recommend this place for a family or large group or gathering.”

The owner provided the necessary information to properly get the temporary street parking which was very easy. There was very little to no street noise during our stay. Just make sure when booking that you read the terms about visitors and if you are good with those terms this is a fantastic place to stay.”

“We are vacation rental property owner/operators so this may be more critical than it should be. What I liked 1) while not in the core of downtown, not far away to anything downtown 2) Plenty of sleeping space as described 3) reasonably stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo - all the basics. 4) While the age of the house is relatively old, the interior upgrades are really nice. I really liked the upgrade of the kitchen and bathrooms. None of these critiques are negatives, just that I……

“The ease of checking in and checking out is exactly what we needed this weekend for a basketball tournament with unpredictable game times. The house had all the stuff we needed for my three kids and I. Plenty of towels/washclothes, kitchen accessories and even tea. I really appreciated the comfy beds and blankets. “I needed a place to stay while my daughter visited the Franciscan Campus. Very clean and nicely done for and older home. The K-cup coffee was a real treat and timesaver. The houses around the unit are run down but that is not the owners fault.”

“I rented this house with my husband, his sister, and her husband, to attend a special family event. This house was in a perfect location for us, and had plenty of room for both couples. It's beautiful finished and furnished, with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. And we loved that it was supplied with local soap and lotion, a bottle of wine, Easter flowers, and everything we needed for breakfast: bread, egg, bacon, coffee, and cream! “This rental was by far the most luxurious and well appointed VRBO stay we've ever had! Chad was super responsive and we wanted for nothing. The *only* comment I have is more about the transitioning neighborhood - I never felt unsafe, however, it is definitely undergoing changes and at times it felt kind of deserted. Overall I would highly recommend this rental and can't say enough about how clean and truly lovely the home is!”

“Me and my sister were in town to visit our Dad and see some sights and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s close to the interstate for easy access to wherever you want to go. It’s close to a bunch of tourist locations on the North Shore. It’s clean, functional, and was the perfect place to complete a great visit to Pittsburgh!”

“Can’t beat the price or location in downtown Pittsburgh. Extremely convenient for travelers who chose to drive instead of fly in. The parking garage nearby has parking for $25 a day and is come and go as you please. Will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Fantastic property!! Very clean and well stocked. Lots of extras that made our stay enjoyable. Only downfall was that our apartment unit was a long walk from the parking garage but otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.”
