“Marty was such a wonderful host. He greeted us and gave us the tour of this beautiful property! He gave us lots of good advice and was always available when I contacted him. The property was so perfect. Our family consisted of 2 couples and 3 grandkids (ages 17, 20 and 24). There was plenty of room to spread out but we mostly met outside at the hot tub and pool whenever we weren’t on excursions. The view was truly spectacular!!! “We had a wonderful week at James and Tara's villa. The photos of the property while nice, dont do justice to the actual home. We had a party of seven and there was plenty of room for all to have personal space when wanted as well as large communal space to enjoy together. The view from the front lanai was amazing for morning coffee, and the pool in the rear of the home was perfect for a late afternoon cool down. Thanks James and Tara for a beautiful week. “We absolutely loved our time at the beautiful Estate Hansen Bay. We stayed for eight days and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island, discovering beaches, and hiking the nearby trails. We also took full advantage of the beach access down the hill, which is both walkable and drivable.The snorkeling off the private beach was incredible—we saw numerous turtles, nurse sharks, large puffer fish, octopuses, stingrays, and hundreds of stunning fish.
