"An okay facility, clean and large rooms. Staff not particularly interested and in one case never stopped typing on her phone while assisting me. Phone in my room, 203, was not connected so i had to walk to front desk to communicate. No lounging chair but there were a coffee machine, small refrig, microwave and safe. Not the most convenient location. Not bad but not great."

"I booked because of the pool however pool was out of service my entire stay and I was unable to use, def a let down"

"The room was clean and comfortable - certainly met our needs, The staff was very accommodating - we arrived early and the front desk receptionist was able to check us in early. This was our second stay here in a few weeks and the receptionist remembered us and asked how we were (my husband had just had cataract surgery). The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, which met our needs. Having the Japanese restaurant right there was nice. I expect that whenever we need a hotel room in West Springfield, we will choose to stay here."
