“The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room.”

“Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We……

“Last minute stop; price was ok as we just slept and got up and left. Nighttime desk attendant very nice and helpful at 10:00pm. Room was a room, no usb plugs or anything but bed decent and room livable. AC was cold.”

Their policy is every other day and that is fine but on Sunday evening when we returned to our room from the day nothing had been done! No clean towels, no beds made, no new toiletries etc. Part of what you pay for and enjoy when you stay at a hotel is coming back to a clean room. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were not helpful at all. They stated the cleaning staff was gone for the day and……

“The hotel is obviously foreign owned. It was hard to find English speaking staff. However, the lady that checked us in was local and excellent. The rooms are outdated and not as clean as we'd prefer. The shower took several minutes to get warm water. The TV was analog and terrible. The best part of this hotel is the location, as it sits just across the street from the shopping and food district.”

“This was an amazing experience!!! The dome was the cutest thing I’ve seen. The pictures don’t even do it justice!!!! The food was fantastic, I had crispy cheese & artichoke hearts. Delicious all around. Now let’s get to the superb staff, from the owner Missy to the bar with Lulu & Daneill and the ground keeper Carl everything was more than welcoming and accommodating. 10/10”
