「This hotel is disgusting. We checked in really late because of a delayed flight and are grateful to the staff who came to check us in at 2am. However, the room itself was the worst room I have ever stayed in. The floor was so filthy that my children's feet were pitch black in a matter of minutes. the pillows and towels were both dirty, the bed sheets smelled musty, the fridge wasn't working, the bathroom was also filthy. there were stains everywhere- it was disgusting. I would never stay here...

"Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). The breakfast and dinner buffet had great food, and the performer at the dinner buffet also played our song requests! Great place overall, would definitely recommend. "
