“A wonderful property. Secluded area, but still close to everything. The property was very clean and exactly as you see on the photos. In fact the photos don’t do the place justice. Would absolutely stay again. Would be great to stay in the summer and fire up the BBQ. Unfortunately we stayed mid October and it was a little wet!”

“A fabulous place to stay, the house is furnished to a very high standard, with everything you could need, the pool was really lovely too. With only a short walk you can be in Petworth town centre which has great shops & pubs and also a lovely cinema, which is worth a visit. Carole & Robert are great hosts. I would highly recommend the Poolhouse ”

“Excellent base to explore from, close to Alton Train Station with easy access to London. Two good pubs nearby. Scenic village with lots of walks. Accomodation clean, welcoming and comfortable. Welcome pack was a great touch. Only one bathroom and TV signal not great so take the time to enjoy the area and each others company. Best nights sleep in a long time, great kitchen facilities. Would highly recommend a stay here.”

“We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all……
