"Good place "

"The check is at 4:00 pm. It was a bit cool for pool as the evening wind down. My neighbors were abit noisy when they came my granddaughter thought something was in the attic as she was on the bunk bed. I had to remove her from the bunk bed. I was not familiar with the place when I booked it. Tell you to bring somebody out we need help."

"Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was not the easiest to get in and out of. I don’t know if all units are this way but definitely worth asking if you struggle with getting in and out of shower. The property was clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend. "

"THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it also felt like I didn’t belong there. Any gated community that is so upscale and expensive would probably have rules against renting out houses like this to multiple guests passing through. That was super weird. The parking situation was abysmal. They had painted a series of parking spaces into the cement, which included a sideways parking space that blocked the other cars. It was hard to get out of the house the next morning due to being blocked by another person‘s car. Next came the long list of house rules. I can understand the need to have them, but would it kill the hosts to say please? Instead of saying “DO NOT…”, how about saying “Please refrain from…” I also received them multiple times via emails and texts. Redundant. The bedroom doors were also super thin and cheap, and although they did lock, they could easily be kicked through. Not very safe. Lastly, I was forced to upload a picture of my driver’s license to check in. Not cool. Would not stay again or recommend."

"Other than the room being clean, the hotel was disgusting. The website mentioned that some rooms are being remodeled, NOT TRUE! The whole hotels ia being remodeled, is filthy, smells of mold, garbage everywhere. Creepy workers lurking everywhere. The website never mentions that the pool is out of commission (no water in it). They should be closed down during renovations. Pictures/website are very deceiving. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I am actually thinking of asking for a reimbursement!!!! "
