"Breakfast was fresh in the staff was friendly and kind"

"The staff was very polite, The room was awful, no lamp, broken shades, the remote was falling apart & the bathroom molding was missing."

"There was a putrid smell in our room. The staff said it was due to a paper mill in the area (although this was a Sunday) and moved us to another room. The smell was less obvious there but still present. It smelled like sewage. The smell seemed to pervade the entire area, even when we checked out. The television reception was poor and kept “stuttering.” Also the bed was much too soft and the bed linens were very thin, likely needed replacement. There was no ice bucket in the room."
