“This place was amazing! It was just the right size for 2 people, but had the added loft area for other guests if needed. The bed was super comfy and cozy! We loved the location! It was very secluded, but yet 5 minutes from groceries, gas, or places to eat. We could walk and fish right on the property. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, wildlife, making food on the grill, having fires in the fire pit, and relaxing on the big, covered porch. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“The house is a beautiful log cabin and has a homey, comfortable feel to it. Very comfortable bed! CJ, the host, was very responsive. The back deck is small, but has a secluded feeling, even with it being in a neighborhood. Would stay there again.”

“This is an absolutely lovely cabin nestled in a wonderful lakeside gem of a community. Our family had a truly excellent stay at the end of our long summer - just in time for our little guy to start kindergarten. The house is super charming, roomy, well furnished, and has everything you might want! There are plenty of family fun activities in the area, the beach on the lake is close and very well kept, and there's even a community pool with great snacks and even more fun. We made so many memories……

“What a beautiful spot right on the Delaware River. The cabin was very clean and we cooked quite a bit so it was nice to have a full kitchen. I had a little work to do and the wifi was blazing fast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were very fresh and nice. There was a TV, but we spent our time on our very own riverside spot. Morning coffee, evening fire (wood and a cooler provided), canoe ride (canoe, kayaks life jackets and floaties all provided), and swimming in the slow moving……

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival getting into the house was simple and the directions on how ti open the electronic lot were accurate, the home smelled very nice and everything was very clean. Both bedrooms were comfortable. The property was beautiful and the fire pit and stars at night were enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. Cherrie was very responsive and the scavenger hunt was a pretty cool activity to do with my wife and son. Excellent place for a mini getaway!”

“My family of 5 and our dog enjoyed our relaxing stay at the Shiff Shack over Easter break. The house was the perfect size for my family, with 2 queen bedrooms on the first floor, and a loft on the second floor with 2 queen beds.
