「我们去奥特莱斯购物，在附近住。这里离奥特莱斯车程大概半个小时。我们一家选择居家型的旅店，因为西餐吃得不行了。想自己做一次。万豪的居家酒店几乎每次都让我们满意。这次也不例外。两个卧室。厨房很大。服务人员很耐心，我们的灶眼没有接上。我们也不明白，去前台问，尽管客服和厨房下班，还是有人上去帮助了我们。 开车不到十分钟就能找到一个很大的购物超市。啥都有，很方便。对我们刚从纽约拥挤的城市出来的人说，简直棒极了。」

「Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here.」

「I went up here for an extended weekend, for the sole purpose of decompressing from work. Since this was the off-season the weather wasn't exactly the greatest, so I mostly stayed in, only venturing out for basic items when needed. 「Overall the condo was as advertised. Very clean unit with lots of space. Located in a quiet gated community, very scenic area, parking was convenient. Our host Charlie was very responsive when we reached out with questions. 」
