Check in process was easy (make sure you follow the email sent to you) Location is perfect, 5-10min walk to queensboro Plaza station which would take you anywhere, uptown or downtown. I went solo, and I was super happy. I’ll be staying here again”

“Was my first stay at a Kasa Lantern property and was a great experience! Was initially worried about a fully remote access property with no front desk but they had great communication and clear instructions for access and any amenities needed. Property was clean and more spacious than the majority of other hotels that were 30-50% more expensive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. Clean, and in good condition, fairly new. Wonderful quality bed. Bathroom are smallish, but large room, kitchenette.”
