"Breakfast was minimal, everything was "Great Value". Workers kept walking through the breakfast area, which is very small, so had to keep getting out of their way. Another customer told a worker that they were out of sugar and the worker rolled her eyes. Room was dirty, and had the audacity to leave an envelope asking for a TIP! No exhaust fan in bathroom. Lamp without bulb. "

"I was really impressed with this hotel! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming (even called up to the room shortly after I checked in to make sure I had everything I needed), the building was immaculate, and my room was really lovely. I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and if I’m in beautiful Russells Point again, I will look forward to staying here!"
