“Definitely enjoyed the riverview. However the room had missing linoleum, my wife was cut on the rope pull on the closet door. We also put our dont disturb hanger on door because we didn't want housekeeping and on the day b4 we left, the door tag was on when we left in the morning (9am) and by 1100am the door tag was totally gone and our privacy was invaded by housekeeping. So not happy about that. Also the Margaritaville restaurant across the street was terrible. Food was not good. ”

“Good location. Staff during the day was nice. Lady at night was rude. Our room cleaner left our door open when they left but thankfully it wasn’t busy so no one broke in. They skipped our room all together one day. Room was outdated but large. Pillows are AWFUL. Beautiful pools and good parking. ”

“The hotel in general was amazing. The people were friendly and very welcoming. The only complaint I have is the floor in our room was dirty in places(mostly behind the chair and desk so not really a big deal) and there were rips and stains on the sheets and blankets, but we didn’t go on vacation to stay in our room so I still consider it a very wonderful trip. We will definitely be using The Ramsey Hotel again in the future. ”
