“The front desk staff was exceptional— welcoming, empathetic, personal, professional. We pulled over unexpectedly during a torrential rainstorm. We booked, paid, and were in our room within minutes. The room was standard, clean and comfy, but a little noisy because of 81 which should be expected for the location. Happy with the in room coffee maker but there was also coffee in the lobby. We grabbed a quick free breakfast before hitting the road again at 6. This stay was unexpected, but we would……

“The room was so disgusting that I checked out early. They were going to charge me for the 2 nights that I didn't stay. After spending most of Thursday going between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel finally agreed to only refund me for 1 night. While talking to the hotel about a refund she tried to tell me that I stayed in room 321 while I actually stayed in room 121. Btw the hotel only had 2 floors so I'm not sure where room 321 was. Expedia should take this hotel off their site!”

“They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about!
