The cabin / RV park is quiet with that perfect mountain ambiance. If you plan on using the futon, be sure to ask for bedding. I didn't read the fine print but we had brought a sleeping bag, so all was perfect.”

“We are VRBO newbies. We stayed in the Lilac Cottage in Cloudcroft because the pictures looked very inviting. It was better, much better, than the pictures on the VRBO website. The cottage is whole lot bigger than we thought and it was nice, clean and charming, with the cottage vibe throughout. I really don't think we could have asked for a better first time VRBO experience. Cloudcroft was a wonderful village to explore and the people there are so friendly and welcoming. We loved it. “It is in a great location off the main street as you come into cloudcroft. It Is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Clean and organized inside and out. Does have central heat, so on chilly nights you stay warm. The host will respond to any questions you have. We enjoyed the mountains. ”

“The cabin was all it was billed to be. It was pet friendly, comfortable, good supply of items to use for cooking. The only negative was the coffee maker craft was missing so I bought a new coffee machine and left it in the cabin. ”
