Cozy Loft Apartment

Perfect for our 3 night stay in Wellington to see WOW. The loft is so handy to the TSB arena and everything else in Wellington. It's a very cute, comfortable place to stay.

Great value for a place right in the middle of Wellington. The place is located on the lower side of the hill that the Wellington tram goes up, so the walking entrance is right off of a major stopping and dining street but the carpark entrance is from the street above on the hill. This works out great because the side entrance to the apartment is off of the carpark only steps away from the allocated parking spot. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy with a lockbox and entrance code, communication with the host was quick and easy. The written instructions for check-in and parking were a little confusing, but that is the only negative I can think of.

The loft is accessed directly from the carport through a red door … the other rooms are accessed via the laneway next to flight center. The instructions need to be changed to reflect which room you are in as you can’t go through the loft to the other rooms. The loft is excellent and it’s extremely handy to have access right next to the assigned carpark. The photo in the instructions does not show a red door.
