“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……

“I landed at 7:55 a.m. and arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., yet check‑in was only available from 3 p.m. Dragging a 29‑inch suitcase and a 24‑inch suitcase together with my three children, I felt utterly frustrated — why is check‑in not until 3 p.m.! Then the property manager came over. After talking with me, she allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room so I could take the children out for food. She was really kind. When I returned after 3 p.m., I collected the keys and got into the……

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……

“The room was a nice size, was clean, and had a nice kitchen area. First thing in the morning, it's very noisy with other guests moving around on the wooden floors and opening and closing their doors to get to the shared bathroom. Which brings me on to that point - MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SMALL PRINT BEFORE BOOKING. Our bathroom was on the floor above and shared with 2 other rooms. This rather important detail isn't immeditely obvious from the listing.”

韦林花园城热门酒店点评

贝德福德酒店

贝德福德酒店

10/10 优秀
"I stayed there several times, love the breakfast and friendly staffs. Location is great, walking distance to the British Museum, tube stations, bus stops, and many convenience stores. The hotel doesn't have AC, so if you are there during summer, they only have a fan for each room. Facing street is a bit noisy, we hear ambulance sirens almost every night. Overall ratings are good for the price. Will definitely come back again."
