“We went for a weekend with our cavapoo. TBH had little treat box, dog towel and little sleeping mat. We brought many of our own things but nice to make him feel welcomed. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful..walking routes, getting us a table for dinner. We had lovely drinks every evening at the bar with a very large fire and our dog with us. The food was very good..breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed eating at other establishments in Midhurst too. We didn’t use the Spa but it……

“Room was clean but dated. However I was bitten by bedbugs on the first night. Management had the room checked over and reckon that bed bugs were not detected. Checking a room in a couple of hours for bugs that had already had a good feed would not reveal anything. As a health care professional I was far from impressed. The bites were confirmed by my GP when I returned home. Erin in reception was amazing and supportive. Duty manager took some persuading to move me to a different room.
