「We checked in on a Sunday night when it was empty - for two nights. Not sure why they opted to put us in the room right beside the stairs, but it was incredibly noisy at all hours of the day. There is almost no sound proofing between the rooms beside you or above you. Both nights we were woken up by the people above us. We could even hear them peeing.. The second night we had guests beside us and we could hear them slamming doors as they went between rooms and screaming at their TV. The beds...

「Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Overall the hotel is fine. The biggest thing was that there was water damage and mold all around the shower head in our room. We notified them so hopefully they fix it. The other issue is totally personal but I found the bed to be way too soft which caused some significant back discomfort. Again this is a personal thing so if you like soft beds this place is for you.」

「Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.」

「Parking wasn't great, there is enough for the number of hotel rooms, but not enough room for hotel guests if there is a function on....Which seems to be often. We had to park in a nearby carpark and keep checking for a free space. Breakfast was ok. On the first morning it was quite quiet but they Kept running out of coffee and plates. The second morning was better. Food is nothing special. The Room. We stayed in the Emily Dickinson room, it was ok. Nice decor. Bed terrible, needs...

「I couldn’t get the tv to go to just regular channels. There needs to be an explanation as to how it works so that people like me who are technologically challenged can use it. It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk」
