“The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a smooth check in and very nice stay!”

“Breakfast was good, the room was clean and quiet. Open and welcoming, and the pool was great for our kids. Only complaint, very minor, was the lobby coffee/espresso dispenser machine was broken.”

“From check in to check out all was excellent, front desk staff very friendly and helpful and accommodating to our special requests, made our stay in Saskatoon very pleasant! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

“Room was good except I booked through Expedia for 2 queen beds as no other rooms showed up. When I got there I asked for an accessible room and they had one with a king bed then charged us another $10 which I didn’t think was right. Staff was friendly and we asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra 2 hrs for free which was nice of them. Ended up leaving on time so didn’t need the late check out.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”
