「The facility and staff were good. A hook in the bathroom would have been helpful. Unfortunately, no warm water in our bathroom sink. The noise from the bar patrons and music speakers was unbearable. No peace and quiet until 2:50 AM. The continental breakfast was disappointing. A scavenger hunt to find a coffee mug. The front desk was helpful when there was no more coffee. 」

「We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and 15 minutes another time for a single elevator from the second floor. It made us late to the event we had booked for. We had gear and small children so stairs were not an option. This seemed very frustrating to multiple guests.The first hot tub was full of chloramines and my child with well controlled asthma had to leave the pool with a coughing fit within 5 minutes of entering, as did several other children we watched from another pool area. 「The whole place was sketchy, the staff seemed stoned out of their mind. Room was disgustingly dirty with stains on the bedsheets where it looked like they didnt even change them. Rips in the mattress the safety lock on the door was broken off. Shower was so dirty i was afraid i would get tetanus from it. Ended up leaving after 1 night and not returning for the remaining 3 nights. Very scary area looks like it is out of a horror movie. 」
