“Everything at this hotel was top notch. Customer Service was exceptional; Room was amazing, spacious and very clean; the amenities were on point. Within walking distance to a convenient store, the ferry, the bus and many restaurants. Boutique shopping on same street. I already booked it for next year. Special shoutout to Michelle, Jake and Brian. All of the other were also great. Thank you for an amazing stay. 💯”

“- The hotel doesn’t have a bathroom for you to use until you check-in. I had to walk down the block to a public bathroom. - My first room (stayed for 3 nights) needed to be repainted but they just put fresh paint over cracks. - One of the two remotes needed batteries. - The shower insert was not well-cleaned. - There’s a printed sign on the bathroom door telling you to leave the bathroom window and/or the door open so that the steam from the shower doesn’t set off the fire alarm. Isn’t that……

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”

“Our stay at the Shore Haven Inn was wonderful and relaxing. Breakfast was well prepared and extensive. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned and the staff were always readily available and very helpful. The amenities were wonderful, the location was far enough to allow a quiet relaxing vacation but just close enough to Main Street and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. All around a wonderful stay and will definitely be visiting the Inn again!”
