“This apartment is on the top floor of a nice house in a suburban neighborhood, so there aren't amenities within walking distance. However, this is a great place to stay: spacious, comfortable, clean, lots of amenities (full kitchen, separate living room, washer/dryer, new in-room A/C units that are very effective). It's a safe neighborhood and the landlord is very friendly. it's very private, the neighborhood is safe, and access to neighboring towns like Litchfield is very easy. Given the……

“We had a wonderful stay at the barn. The location is stunning. The barn had everything my son and I needed for a short stay. We enjoyed the garden/grounds and the people renting the silo were great too. Mary was very responsive and answered the phone at 10:25pm the night of our check in when we were lost in the dark and stayed on until we’d safely arrived. Mary was also honest and refunded part of our deposit that had been inadvertently overpaid. Would highly recommend the barn for a short stay.”

“We stayed 1st floor ... the house was very clean and well-appointed, soaps and such provided, plenty of towels and extra bedding. Check-in and access were seamless. The view of the lake is wonderful and the house has a screened-in front porch to sit and check it out. Actually my first experience with this type of lodging and I loved it.”

“This property overlooks open fields with a pond, hillsides, and a tree farm across the road. If you want a quiet area where you can watch the sun set from chairs on the outside patio and watch the stars come out, this is it. There are separate sitting areas, and a firepit below the house with chairs as well. The unit was clean, and questions responded to. No issues with check in or check out.”
