“Carl was super nice, proactive, and a great communicator for this trip. The place was convenient, clean, in great repair, with lots of amenities and super easy to ski out. Little touches like a box of firewood, tinder, and matches and clear instructions on everything make things so pleasant. Would totally stay again. ”

We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel.”
“We booked this place as a bed and breakfast. No breakfast. No staff on site. No information was provided at the hotel to help us find things in the area. We were not informed that this was a "self check in hotel" until after the cancellation date. Calling the Heritage office (off site) for assistance was useless as the staff could not answer our questions.
