“We had a wonderful stay at Ardmay Chalet. It was comfortable and cozy, and the view of the loch was spectacular. It was rainy most of the week, so we didn't get to try out the kayaks or SUPs. Douglas was a fantastic host! He was super friendly and was very responsive to our requests. ”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done.”

"room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean."
