“The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets. Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything!”

The pictures do not capture the great amenities of this place which include a 3 level open air concept, a private pool, two comfortable bedrooms with AC, and a short walk to Cruz Bay. Also appreciate how helpful the property manager Tammy was during our stay! Looking forward to renting here again!”

“Stayed here with friends in July of 2025. Felt like it was a bit risky since there weren’t a lot of reviews yet, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Amazing views, perfect pool, and immaculately cleaned. It’s a little off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Only ten minutes to red hook for dining options and ten minutes to beautiful sapphire beach. Amazing stay and we’ll be back! ”

“Perfect "home base" for our week in St. John. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you'd need to prepare breakfast daily and then pack a cooler for a day at the beach. Appreciated the home providing beach chairs, beach coolers, beach towels and pool noodles (used for snorkelling). Air conditioning units in bedrooms worked well to make for comfortable sleeping conditions.Marcia, the owner, was very helpful in planning our week in St. John. She provided many valuable tips, including renting……
