West Hollywood Hotel with Pool

"Very clean room, bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, close to everything that was on my agenda. The staff were all very helpful and nice. The pool was excellent and very clean. I would recommend this hotel for sure. "

"Lovely hotel, few things that were a bit annoying, the shower quite hard to work, the pool didn't have enough umbrellas for shade and the pool bar also took it upon themselves to add 20% tip automatically for everything which was very cheeky. The menu was all alcohol too, needed more coffee/Matcha options! There was complimentary coffee in the morning but we always had to wait for it to be refilled and had to ask for milk which could have been better organised."

"The suite was beautiful everyone was very nice and helpful. It was a really cool place to stay. Wish the breakfast had a few more options though and I don’t think oatmeal should cost 24 dollars."

"Clean room, and nice staff. Overpriced valet parking per night. Room was a big size but started hearing a loud noise in the bathroom the second night. Didn’t stop for hours. Very annoying."

"It was a beautiful room. Really nice. But... no one told me at checkin that I had to request my room to be cleaned. For such prices I would expect better. And, parking is VERY expensive per night. Like more than I paid for my car rental. Insane. So the Expedia price didn't reflect thst or the also expensive and unexpected "hotel fee" whatever that that is. Finally, I was going to order guac and chips by room service and was willing to pay $19. but I am glad I read the fine print: delivery fee of $7 plus 6.5% tax and 7% some other BS charge. Crazy."
