"We checked in after midnight. I asked the front desk if we could get a late check out and she told me it would be $20 an hour after 11 am. "

"The building shows its sign of disrepair. There was no kitchen. We opened the sofa bed and both sides were stained so badly, it was disgusting. The towels and sheets had stains and or were worn through. The conditioner was out and never replaced. My bedside light didnt work and everytime we wanted to get in our room, we had to go to the front desk to be re-keyed. The midnight staff was not friendly and acted like it was a huge imposition when we asked for sheets and pillow for sofa bed. Unfortunately we had a nonrefundable 3 day stay. Never again!"
