“My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, the toilet was not functioning properly and had to be manually plunged every time it was used, which……

“This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in a while, looked newly renovated, clean room, smelled good. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Safe area. Will be our new regular when visiting there for tournaments.”

“When I booked online I booked a non smoking room with 2 queen beds. Uppn arrival I was told if I want a non smoking room I would have to pay a 40.00 deposit. I gave the girl my credit card. She came back and said "my dad said the deposit has to be cash." We had no cash on us, so I had to take a smoking room. When we got to the room, the air conditioner was barely working, the shower was very small. Walls had chipped paint. The blankets had cigarette burns. Definitely not worth 109.00. Will never……

“Charming, great location, would book again 100%”

“I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor……

“By far the best Hilton I've ever stayed in. The heirloom restaurant is probably some of the best food I've had in my life. Would stay here again without hesitation and would encourage folks to do the same”

“There was a huge hump in the vinyl plank flooring that ran the length of the room, cleaning service didn’t clean the room, took out dirty towels but didn’t replace with clean and left beds unmade. For $300 a night I expected more.”
